Meest Express has taken the parcel into its network after the sender handed it over. "Posting / Collection" is an early-stage scan: the parcel has been received and recorded, and it is still near where it started its journey. It often appears right after "Parcel registered" or after export clearance, so the order of earlier steps can vary.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. The same message sometimes appears twice in a row, which in about a quarter of cases is simply another scan of the same stage. Only if the tracking stays on this line for noticeably longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.
Most often, in about three cases in five, the next line is "Batch of parcels Arrived at transit hub". That means your parcel has been grouped with others and reached a sorting hub. Other possible next lines are another "Posting / Collection" scan or a departure message such as "Leaving from departure country/region". After that the parcel moves on towards the destination country.
