Посылка, номер отслеживания UD638262957NL, из Китая до Калининграда шла 47 дней. Пришла в отличном состоянии. По России не отслеживалась. Я очень рада, что её всё- таки получила (утром нашла в почтовом ящике). Спасибо работникам почты Китая, России, службе доставки. Наталья

I'm not pleased with this service no comunnication whatsoever I'm waiting since 3mths every time it's in sorting what the hell is going on i know we are in lockdown but this is stressing me out

The package was sent on 19/01/21 and arrived exactly one month later (on 19/02/21), quite a reasonable time. The package arrived complete with no scratches or defects.

I never received this package and I have gotten no refund as both the courier and the company that it was shipped from has left my messages unanswered. Extremely disrespectful and disappointed. And also the tracking was stopped without notice.
