PostNord has the parcel and it is moving through its network. It is on a truck, plane or ship, or being handled between two sorting points. The message is a general update, not a stop at a specific place, so it does not say where the parcel is right now.
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It often appears more than once in a row, and more than half of the time the next update is the same message again. A repeat does not mean the parcel is stuck. Only a long gap with no new scan, longer than the earlier steps took, would be worth a closer look.
Most often you will see the same message again as the parcel moves on. About a quarter of the time the next step is arrival at a distribution terminal. For parcels coming from abroad, the next step is sometimes that the item has left the sender's country, and occasionally customs clearance or a sorting center scan. Delivery to a service point is rare at this stage.
