Посылка была отправлена ЕМС и шла 51 день , пришла посылка в другой коробке с пометкой , что груз поврежден, когда коробку открыли внутри была моя посылка, полностью сырая, внутри была кукла она от воды разбухла и покрылась плесенью. видимо все 50 дней она была мокрой.Я писала на розыск посылки и получила ответ . что посылка вручена адресату. Звонила в службу поддержки, но сказали раз я отправляла без оценки как подарок и нет акта , что внутреннее содержимое повреждено . то я ни на что не имею право претендовать.

Good lamp. Quick delivered. Works fine. Lights lower than I expected. I don't think it's 15 W, but enough to lighten the dark room. Generally, it's a good product.

Order has not been delivered. Two orders (UB102493694HK and LO015102125CN) have been merged into the new common # LO211576837CN at some delivery stage. I've got this parcel with the only one item, the status of the second product become 'Delivered', but actually not. Seller says: "By the system information it's delivered!". AliExpress says: "It's seller responsibility to sent the item again". So, the product is lost. There is no company responsible for that.
