Заказное письмо было доставлено из США в Россию (Санкт-Петербург) через 21 день, вместо 5-ти, установленных для этого вида отправления. Письмо лежало в СПб на таможне. Ход ему дали после многочисленных звонков с обеих сторон и заявки на розыск в соответствующую службу. Оно исчезло из поля зрения, как только прибыло в СПб. Работа почты в таком режим недопустима! Извинения и объяснения принесены не были. Зачем? Скажите спасибо, что получили. Действительно, спасибо тем, кто его разыскал и сотруднице курьерской доставки с Бухарестской, 122, которая позвонила, как только получила письмо.

Good lamp. Quick delivered. Works fine. Lights lower than I expected. I don't think it's 15 W, but enough to lighten the dark room. Generally, it's a good product.

Order has not been delivered. Two orders (UB102493694HK and LO015102125CN) have been merged into the new common # LO211576837CN at some delivery stage. I've got this parcel with the only one item, the status of the second product become 'Delivered', but actually not. Seller says: "By the system information it's delivered!". AliExpress says: "It's seller responsibility to sent the item again". So, the product is lost. There is no company responsible for that.
