Я не знаю, как не превращать отзыв в жалобу, если только чудом получила посылку. В какой момент номера ZA530207563LV и ZA529964424LV объединили, не поставив меня в известность, и создали новую посылку за номером RU511827975HK? Я продолжаю отслеживать начальные номера, обращаюсь на почту, где мне говорят, что посылки "в пути" и "смотрите на сайте почты". В то же время объединенная посылка лежит уже 20 дней на почтовом отделении. Меня об этом не известили. Сегодня я пошла получать другую посылку, и мне вынесли RU511827975HK со словами "вы забыли про нее"? Как можно забыть про то, что не знаешь? Я последнее время все реже заказываю товары до 1000 рублей, потому что все чаще не получаю их.

Good lamp. Quick delivered. Works fine. Lights lower than I expected. I don't think it's 15 W, but enough to lighten the dark room. Generally, it's a good product.

Order has not been delivered. Two orders (UB102493694HK and LO015102125CN) have been merged into the new common # LO211576837CN at some delivery stage. I've got this parcel with the only one item, the status of the second product become 'Delivered', but actually not. Seller says: "By the system information it's delivered!". AliExpress says: "It's seller responsibility to sent the item again". So, the product is lost. There is no company responsible for that.
