Здравствуйте! Мы посылали к вам обращение за номером (Номер обращения: 10010238797) на счёт пропавшей посылки. В ответном письме было сказано, ответ будет не позднее 11 ноября 2019 года. Сегодня уже 17 ноября. Ответа нет! Как нам быть? Уже больше двух месяцев назад пропала посылка. Мы не можем больше ждать! Будем отправлять письма в администрацию президента, на имя Президента, в Генеральную прокуратуру, в Министерство связи, в средства массовой информации, в программу "Человек и Закон". В 21 веке, такого безобразия быть не должно! Укажите, пожалуйста, данные всех сотрудников, кто причастен к этой пропаже. Кто ответственный за такую халатность? С Уважением, Фёдор Александрович.

Product came quickly. Within 2 weeks. Tracking information was very good until it left Russia. I was then able to estimate when it might arrive. Tracking updates were regular and accurate. This built confidence that the item was coming. Extremely helpful/ and comforting I would recommend this service.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.
