Ждала посылка от ТиМолл, обычно доставляют за 2-3 дня, в этот раз доставлена не в то почтовое отделение (на другой конец города), служба Почты России "Курьер Онлайн" обещала доставить посылку, но я прождала 4 дня. Помогло обращение на горячую линию Почты России: вот где Молодцы, оперативно решили мой вопрос, и на 3-й день после принятия претензии курьер все же посылку привез. Спасибо службе поддержке, а вот Курьер онлайн плохо выполнили свою работу.

Product came quickly. Within 2 weeks. Tracking information was very good until it left Russia. I was then able to estimate when it might arrive. Tracking updates were regular and accurate. This built confidence that the item was coming. Extremely helpful/ and comforting I would recommend this service.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.
