Заявленное время для доставки из Москвы до Челябинска было -от 2-х до 4-х дней. Реальное время оказалось 7 полных дней с учётом того, что мы, разыскивая посылку, сами позвонили на телефон горячей линии и после этого получили её в промежуточном пункте выдачи. Заявленная и зафиксированная сумма к оплате была 986 рублей. При оплате данная сумма выросла до 1115,30. Объяснить данное УВЕЛИЧЕНИЕ суммы сотрудница почты не смогла ("...обработка данных"). Вопрос: кто отвечает и несёт ответственность за подобного рода случаи? Куда необходимо обратиться, чтобы что-то начало меняться в нашей стране? Когда мы сможем обращаться с людьми так, чтобы взаимное уважение было нормой нашей жизни, а не исключением? Мне жаль. Есть жизненные примеры (других стран), где всё по-другому. Становится обидно и стыдно за страну и её жителей....

Product came quickly. Within 2 weeks. Tracking information was very good until it left Russia. I was then able to estimate when it might arrive. Tracking updates were regular and accurate. This built confidence that the item was coming. Extremely helpful/ and comforting I would recommend this service.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.
