Отправила из США в Россию (Кемеровская обл.) коробку с картинами в начале июля 2019. Посылка пришла на Почтовое отделение места назначения в начала августа. В начале сентября получателю сказали, что посылку отправлена назад т.к. он - получатель - опоздал Однако отправлена назад была 31 октября и после многих пунктов прибыла в Германию 28 ноября. Теперь никак не могу связаться с посылочным сервисом упросить пере-отправить её в Россию. Номер CV93936892iUS или в России CJ008052397RU.

Product came quickly. Within 2 weeks. Tracking information was very good until it left Russia. I was then able to estimate when it might arrive. Tracking updates were regular and accurate. This built confidence that the item was coming. Extremely helpful/ and comforting I would recommend this service.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.
