Была отправлена из Японии 17 июля. Это должен был быть небольшой пакет, внутри несколько стикеров музыкальной группы BAND-MAID. 26 июля посылка прибыла в пункт назначения, но в почтовом отделении никто про неё не знал и ничего сказать мне не мог. Я ждал, ждал, думал, она где-то на пути из Казани ещё (зачем отправляют из Москвы в Казань и обратно в Москву, ХЗ), или лежит в Казани и в итоге найдётся. В конце концов её тупо отправили обратно, и тогда она опять стала отслеживаться. Вот так вот бывает, да. Теперь знаю, что надо просто трясти персонал отделения до победного конца, чтобы они порылись в своих завалах как следует.

Product came quickly. Within 2 weeks. Tracking information was very good until it left Russia. I was then able to estimate when it might arrive. Tracking updates were regular and accurate. This built confidence that the item was coming. Extremely helpful/ and comforting I would recommend this service.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.
