Успешно получила посылку с музыкальным инструментом, который заказала по интернету из Петербурга в Москву. Заказ пришёл через EMS в отделение 130203 (УКД-3) 6 числа, 8 числа написала в чат приложения, позвонила на горячую линию, по звонку оформили заявку, по которой было обещано, что придёт курьер и доставит посылку, а предварительного звонка нужно ждать 8 января с 8.00 до 20.00. Звонок так и не поступил, ожидание заняло целый день, тогда я написала в чат и через него оформила заявку с предложением забрать посылку самовывозом из этого же отделения. Выдача посылки 9 числа прошла хорошо, всё пришло без повреждений и вскрытия. В отслеживании трек-номера меня смутило, что вес посылки почти на 1 кг был тяжелее заявленного, так как посылка весила 8 кг 500 г (эти показатели были зафиксированы в купоне отправления и получения), а на сайте в отслеживании отображалось, что посылка весила 9 кг 49 г. Мне потом объяснили это тем, что вес был некорректно отображён в системе. В целом - всё прошло очень хорошо.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time.
