Здравствуйте! Посылку получил несмотря на допущенную мной ошибку в индексе. Поэтому моя посылка должна была бы направиться первоначально в противоположную от меня сторону. Но! Когда она прибыла на последний промежуточный пункт (в моём случае г. Видное М.О.) и готовилась к отправке курьером, я позвонил операторам EMS и объяснил им проблему - они пошли мне навстречу и перенаправили товар куда мне требовалось. После этого я рассчитывал получить посылку минимум через два дня, но курьер позвонил уже на следующий день и я даже прозевал его звонок. Но потом быстро договорились о взаимно удобном варианте и через полчаса я уже был счастливым обладателем товара. Спасибо курьеру! Спасибо телефонным операторам службы, которые на всём пути отслеживания консультировали меня с вежливостью и пониманием !!!! Несмотря на новогоднюю суматоху и перегрузку почтовых служб, а также прогноз получения до двух с половиной месяцев, посылка из штатов пришла меньше чем за месяц. Посылка была весом почти 20Кг и упаковка была повреждена в двух местах, но товар не пострадал.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time.
