Претензия! Сегодня 14.01.2020 года, при получении поступившего в мой адрес заказа № 5002152291373346, мною было обнаружено деформация упаковочной коробки. Деформация упаковочной коробки допущена перевозчиками в ходе небрежной транспортировки почтовыми службами доставки от продавца до покупателя. Места деформации на упаковочной коробке мною обозначены стрелками черного цвета. При вскрытии упаковочной коробки я обнаружил деформацию (излом) матрицы. Матрица повреждена и не пригодна для дальнейшего использования. Доказательства деформации упаковочной коробки и повреждения матрицы прилагаю в виде сделанных мною фотографий. ++++++++++++++++ Claim! Today, on 14.01.2020, when I received the order no. 5002152291373346 received in my address, I found a deformation of the packaging box. Deformation of the packaging box is allowed by carriers during careless transportation by postal delivery services from the seller to the buyer. The places of deformation on the packaging box are marked by black arrows. When opening the packaging box, I found a deformation (fracture) of the matrix. The matrix is damaged and unsuitable for further use. I attach the proof of deformation of the packaging box and damage to the matrix in the form of photos taken by me.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. Delivered in a reasonnable time, connectors are a little bit bended, but still working. Generally everything is fine.
