Воронежская обл. Г. Лиски ул. Пролетарская д.20. Индекс 397901 Утверждает ,что письмо было вскрыто и не чего в нём не было на сумму 1.600 руб.Обвиняет почту ,что всё вытащили и отправили назад.Утверждает ,что письмо вскрывал на почте при операторе почты ,подтвердите был ли акт о свидетельстве вскрытого письма. Где и как узнать?
