Посылка прибыла на почту на 24-ой день 3 января в 10 часов. Но когда я пришла получать её вечером по трек-номеру, мне её отказались выдавать, т.к. у них нет никаких сведений об этой посылке. Сказали, чтобы я ждала извещения и приходила только с ним. Подождав еще 5 дней и не дождавшись извещения, 8 января я опять пошла на почту и на этот раз мне ее, наконец, выдали. И еще неизвестно сколько бы мне пришлось ждать извещения. Однажды мне пришло извещение через 10 дней на посылку, которую я уже получила. Почтовое отделение работает очень плохо, даже прибывшие к ним посылки они обрабатывают с большим опозданием.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Delivered in a reasonnable time, connectors are a little bit bended, but still working. Generally everything is fine.
