отправлены были важные документы курьерской почтой ЕМС , почтовое отправление , которое должно было быть доставлено за 1-2 дня(пусть 4-5 с учетом выходных), доставили адресату через 12дней, тем самым были упущены сроки их подачи .Курьер работал отвратительно, один раз позвонил, ничего не объяснив, о месте и времени доставки, бросил трубку, при попытке перезвонить на этот номер, просто отключал телефон.Вынуждены были звонить на горячую линию Почты России. Разве так должна работать курьерская служба в Москве?

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Delivered in a reasonnable time, connectors are a little bit bended, but still working. Generally everything is fine.
