Еле еле добилась, чтобы нашли посылку, Почта России -это отдельная песня, три дня просидела дома в ожидании, кормили обещаниями, после моих претензий или просто нашлась посылка, но её доставили , слава богу а товар, крем , просто отличный, раньше покупала в аптеках, сейчас нашла сайт, на котором можно было сделать заказ, и чрезвычайно этому рада! Посылка проторчала уже на территории РФ более 20 дней, была отправлена из Германии за 2 дня!!! Странные порядки царят на почте России...

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Delivered in a reasonnable time, connectors are a little bit bended, but still working. Generally everything is fine.
