Отправил посылку из Омска в Питер Почтой России посредством EMS, был уверен, что через 2 дня получат в Питере. Туда пришла посылка за 1,5 суток, но подкачала курьерская служба... отправление лежало более двух суток!!! Без движения!!! ожидало курьерской доставки. На сайте это было означено как: "17 февраля 02:14 Посылка готовится к доставке 190880 Санкт-Петербург УКД 19 февраля 11:43 Посылка выдана для доставки 190880 Санкт-Петербург УКД 19 февраля 15:55 Посылка доставлена 190880 Санкт-Петербург УКД Я своим скудным умишком не догоняю, какие подготовительно-заключительные, отгрузочно-погрузочные операции в службе EMS Почты России входятв понятие "посылка готовится к отправке" ??? Пока не позвонил на горячую линию и не нагнал страха, посылка не хотела доставляться. А там был весьма срочный груз. За что деньги берем, глубокоуважаемая Почта России? Решайте вопросы с курьерской службой, наши почтовые! Следующий раз буду отправлять иным доставщиком, первый опыт оказался негативным, я разочарован...

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Delivered in a reasonnable time, connectors are a little bit bended, but still working. Generally everything is fine.
