Самая худшая работа "Почта России", а точнее -СЦ "Шарапово", гнать таких работников, которые три недели гоняли посылку внутри сортировочного центра, неоднократно предоставляли для таможенного досмотра, и это при условии, что посылка прибыв в Россию, еще в Питере прошла таможню и была выпущена для доставки по России. СЦ "Шарапово" не случайно имеет чернушную репутацию, где "пропадают" посылки. Прокуратуре давно пора начать там тщательную проверку.

Package UF183564858SG not yet delivered for about 60 days transit, this is very absurd and even tracking stopped since 23 March 2021. I even sent email to the support on April 16, no feedback (says Recipient inbox full) was received. Bad customer /support service, no follow-up sms or email notifications. I kindly ask for my refund of USD45.98 to be processed after having waited for over 60 days without a tracking information of ordered package. This is very unacceptable way of shipping company. I just hope some kind of action will be done after sending my review to 4PX express.

Package was delivered 😀 in less than 41 days good service frequent updates on transit And undamaged goods. Very happy would use this service again. Thank you
