Economy SpeedPAK has delivered your parcel to the warehouse of a customs broker, a company that handles import paperwork on behalf of the carrier. The parcel is in the destination country and is waiting to be cleared through customs. It has not yet been handed to the local delivery company.
By itself, this message is normal. It is a routine step for international parcels. Customs checks can take longer than the previous steps, and the tracking history may look quiet while the parcel is being processed. That is not a problem in itself.
Once customs processing is finished, the broker releases the parcel and passes it to a local carrier or postal service for delivery. You will usually see a new checkpoint from that carrier, such as a sorting-centre scan or an out-for-delivery update. If customs needs more information or payment, the parcel may be held until that is sorted out.
