Заказ оформила 11 августа. На сайте «Где Посылка» трек-код отслеживался до 30 августа. 17 октября получила извещение, что заказ выполнен и доставлен 11 октября. Посылку я не получала. Обратилась в своё почтовое отделение, там подтвердили, что заказ с таким номером не поступал. Учитывая, что в посылке должен находиться термостойкий стеклянный чайник для заварки объёмом 750 мл, то такие объёмные посылки почтальоны не приносят. Продавец предложил повторно выслать мой заказ, но я отказалась.

aun no me llega el envio, fue pedido durante la pandemia, entiendo que se han acumulado los envios y que estan trabajando, pero el mensaje que sale en el envio, no debe salir como colocado en archivo, pues de que tiene que llegar tiene que llegar, sino como creen que se puede mejorar las comprar on line desde el extranjero, con mensajes como esos?

I still haven't received my package even though it said it was delivered back in September, I never got it.
