Посылка потерялась, как только прибыла в сортировочный пункт в Россию 28.12.2020.Как вернуть деньги непонятно.Компания отправитель утверждает что заказ отправлен, по факту-только потраченные деньги.4 месяца посылка "гуляет"..

Until now I haven't received my order from 20/1/2021 neither have response to my email asking about the order and the delay. The last tracking information was from 5th of February. The order was paid in advance so up to now I don't have neither the goods nor the refund.
