"Out for delivery" means UniUni has loaded your parcel onto a local driver's vehicle and it is on its way to your address. The parcel has left the local warehouse and is on the last leg of its journey. It most often follows a message saying the parcel was assigned to a driver or scanned on arrival at the local facility.
No, this message is normal and is a good sign. The parcel is not stuck in a sorting facility. In most cases the next update is a delivery confirmation. If it is still showing as out for delivery later than you expected, the driver may simply still be working through their route.
