"Arrival scan" means UniUni has scanned your parcel as it arrived at a local facility. It usually comes after the parcel has passed through a gateway, the larger hub where parcels are sorted and moved on toward their destination area. The parcel is now close to you, in the last part of its journey before delivery.
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is a routine step, and nothing in it points to a problem. If the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth watching, but the scan alone is not a warning sign.
The next update is almost always "Out for delivery". That means the parcel has been sorted, assigned to a driver and loaded for its delivery run. Rarely, an address problem can be flagged instead, but this is uncommon.
