UniUni

Failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse

UniUni tracking parcel

What this status means

The UniUni driver tried to deliver your parcel and could not hand it over. The driver is now taking it back to the local UniUni warehouse. The parcel is not lost. It is on its way back to a UniUni facility, usually the one it left that day.

Is my package delayed?

This message is an exception, but a common one. It means one delivery attempt did not work, so the delivery will take longer than planned. It does not by itself mean the parcel is lost or going back to the seller. In most cases the next update is a new "Out for delivery", which means UniUni tries again.

What happens next

  • Most often (about nine in ten cases), the parcel goes out for delivery again.
  • Less often (about one in ten), it is scanned as "Parcel returned to warehouse" and waits there for a decision or a new attempt.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history for a new "Out for delivery" scan.
  • Check that the delivery address, apartment number and phone number on your order are correct. Make sure someone can answer the door or phone, or that there is a safe place to leave the parcel.
  • If the parcel does not go out again, or it stays at the warehouse longer than usual, contact UniUni or the seller.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready.
