UPS is telling you that the aircraft carrying your parcel arrived later than planned. The parcel is still moving through the UPS network, most likely at or between air hubs and local facilities. The message also says the parcel is still expected to arrive today, but after the delivery time UPS gave you earlier.
Is my package delayed?
Yes, but only slightly. This is an exception, not a sign of a lost or damaged parcel. The delivery day has not changed, only the time of day. Your parcel is not stuck: the steps that follow are usually ordinary movement scans.
What happens next
- Most often (about 70% of cases) the next entry is "Departed from Facility", meaning the parcel has left a hub on its way to you.
