CJ4********US not delivered in 109 days

Посылка шла из США. Штаты оформили и отправили посылку 3-4 декабря, и 8 декабря она была в Москве. Но только 27 декабря 2019 года была зарегистрирована в РФ. Черные пятницы, новый год, тактично ждали и терпели. НО до сегодняшнего дня 21.03.2020 посылка не получена. Месяц ожидания ответа на обращение о поиске посылки так же прошел без ответа. Где посылка, где деньги - будем разбираться. Если администрация читает отзыв, просьба связаться со мной.Заранее спасибо.

UM331213162CN - Ordered January 12, 2020. Arrived in San Francisco February 27, 2020. setting at the Transit / Regional Sorting Center since February 29, 2020. Where is the Sorting Center? How do I contact them? It has disappeared. Now message is " USPS Tracking is unavailable for this package". Apparently, a "UM" tracking number is untraceable in the USA or after leaving China Post. How convenient. ..
