бандероль была в пути больше положенного(но здесь были "виновны" карантинные мероприятия).Видимо,доставляли отправление водным путём.Но как только оно попадало во внимание службы"ГДЕ ПОСЫЛКА",я тут же получала сообщение о её местонахождении,фиксировался каждый шаг. Маршрут был: Россия,Мурманск-США,Калифорния,Монтеррей. Респект!!!

How does a parcel stay in one waypoint for 2 weeks, is there no one working to move them along. This left China in April and reached California within a few days . It’s taking months to move this package within the Country Why?!
