very slow delivery for such a small item, delivery bounced around between wrong locations for a long time too. unacceptable

Took too long for small parcel, bounced around at wrong locations for almost 3 weeks. Unacceptable. Considering its original location was only about 2 hours north of here this should have been delivered in 3 days maximum.
