Either the Tracking stopped at March 6,2021, or Customs kept the package for an unusually long time and it started back up just before it arrived showing all the usual tracking data after it left another country and reached its destination. (about 80 days plus shipping was enough to make a claim of being lost or stolen) When I finally started getting the Tracking reports, the item was delivered intact within 72 hours. I think the tracking could have been better as it was Registered and a signature was required upon delivery today's date 5-17-21. Thank God it arrived safely. A lot of time and money went into a purchase and the stress was too much.

My package with toddler clothes WAS SEND TO Tyumen Russia. It is just disappeared. Never delivered. No information, no excuse, no reimbursement. TO ALL PEOPLE please do not send to Russia uninsured packages. It will be stolen .

Eh! It was a month long to get a package from heromart to indonesia and roughtly 30 days tops. I understand covid but can they do something.
