UE7********YP not delivered in 25 days

Несмотря на то что служба доставки yanwen international express отрапортовала доставку моей посылки в почтовое отделение в москве, на самом деле в отделении почты россии не смогли найти посылку по причине того что трековый номер, типа который начинается на UE является неотслеживаемым(!) очень странная история, тем более что магазину пришлось отправить мне мой заказ двумя посылками, и одна посылка доехала. В какой то момент, посылка видимо раздвоилась на две посылки. Одна осталась с трек номером UE а другая видоизменилась на RL и благополучно дошла. Была признательна если бы кто то поделился опытом, если сталкивались с такой проблемой ранее.
