The package made it just fine from China....Pitney Bowes has the worst customer service. They wouldn't even update USPS on the package so they could tell me. I just have to assume it got lost or stolen. If at all possible.....I want to know how to guarantee Pitney Bowes will NEVER be used to send another package to me!!!

Not sure what to believe, as every tracking site I use, can not tell me anything about this package beyond May 26, 2020 the USPS says the tracking number is expired and has said this since the day product was shipped. The seller is no help with this as I have asked numerous times why it says the tracking number is expired....
