What this status means

"ORDER SORTED" is a Yun Express scan made at a sorting facility, usually in the origin country. Your parcel has been assigned to a batch and sorted by destination or route. It is physically inside the courier's network, and it comes right after "TASK ASSIGNED".

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is part of the routine handling of the parcel. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. Occasionally the same message appears twice in a row, which can happen when the parcel is scanned again during sorting.

What happens next

Most often, in about four out of five cases, the next message is "OUTBOUND SCANNED". It means the parcel has left the sorting facility and is on its way to the next stage, such as export or a linehaul transfer. In about one case in five, "ORDER SORTED" is simply recorded again first.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking. Updates between facilities can be slow, especially on international routes.
  • If the status stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took, ask the seller to check with Yun Express.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you contact the seller or the courier.
