What this status means

"OUTBOUND SCANNED" means Yun Express has scanned your parcel as it leaves a sorting or handling facility. It has been sorted there and is now on its way to the next point, which is usually a local delivery stage. It is a routine step, and the parcel is moving.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal. It most often follows "ORDER SORTED" or "TASK ASSIGNED", which are ordinary handling steps. In about three quarters of cases the next update is "OUT FOR DELIVERY". If the scan appears again or a delay notice follows, the parcel may be held up briefly, but that is not a sign that it is lost.

What happens next

Most often, the parcel is marked "OUT FOR DELIVERY" and goes to the final delivery stage.
Sometimes the same scan is repeated as the parcel passes through another facility.
Less often, a new task is assigned or a transport delay, such as a flight departure delay, is noted.
