The seller (the shipper) has created a shipping label for your order in Aramex's system, but Aramex does not have the parcel yet. The parcel is still with the seller, or on its way to an Aramex collection point. Nothing has been scanned by Aramex so far.
This message by itself is normal. It is the first step of most Aramex shipments. It only becomes a concern if it stays unchanged for longer than you would expect from the seller's handling time, because that usually means the seller has not yet handed the parcel over.
Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update says the shipment has been received at the Aramex origin office and will continue to the destination country. Sometimes the update instead says the shipment was collected from the shipper, or it goes straight to an in-transit message. Occasionally the same message appears again while Aramex still waits for the parcel.
