Посылка повреждена, как упаковка так и ее содержимое, восстановлению не подлежит так как разбили матрицу, и сильно повредили пластмассовый корпус телевизора. По упаковке было видно что разбитый угол запечатан обильно фирменным скотчем, явно для скрытия факта повреждения, ведь у DPD опция вскрытие и проверка товара отдельная графа. Курьеру видимо было стыдно вручать такую посылку, по этому он не звонил, пропущенных вызовов не наблюдалось ), вечером робот все таки дозвонился, и я переоформил заказ на само вывоз. Сотрудник составлявший акт вводил в заблуждение, и отказал в отказе от посылки. Ну не драться же с ним. ) Акт составили, получено, упаковка повреждена телевизор разбит. Далее много часовые до звоны в DPD, онлайн претензии, стандартные ответы. Вердикт, не вы отправитель, вы ни кто... Отправляйте за свой счет, решайте проблему сами с продавцом. То есть раздолбали посылку, и еще предлагают что бы я воспользовался их платными услугами )) Буду уточнять в следующий раз какой компанией отправляется посылка и если это DPD то отказываться от покупок в этих магазинах.

Order has not been delivered. Two orders (UB102493694HK and LO015102125CN) have been merged into the new common # LO211576837CN at some delivery stage. I've got this parcel with the only one item, the status of the second product become 'Delivered', but actually not. Seller says: "By the system information it's delivered!". AliExpress says: "It's seller responsibility to sent the item again". So, the product is lost. There is no company responsible for that.

I don't understand why this package is still in China, sometimes Chinese mail employees fall asleep. I think that sometimes the packages fall off the shelves and are split under the shelves and there they wait until you find them. Post clerks should frequently clean up in stores in search of potentially lost packages

Its nov 16 today. Product ordered on sep 15th. Still not received. Tracking last status showed [since sep 18] : Shenzhen, leaving the Shenzhen International Bulk Mail Processing Center, the next stop , Shenzhen International Very sad
