В данную службу доставки обращалась первый раз и, видимо, последний. Дважды пришлось обращаться в колл-центр. Первый раз попалась очень нервная оператор, заставила искать все номера моей посылки. Когда я номера переписала и позвонила снова, то оказалось, что они и не нужны, так как оператор видит мою посылку по номеру телефона с которого я звонила... Большое спасибо второй девушке, она ответила на все вопросы и решила все проблемы. А вот что касается самой доставки, то тут один только негатив. Посылку молча сунули в руки, даже не спросив тому или не тому они её вручают. Коробка выглядела так, как будто ею играли в футбол... В заказе был лазерный гравёр, стоимостью 8700руб. Сумма не маленькая. У гравёра оказалась сломана опорная ножка. Претензию пока выставили продавцу, но скорее всего виновата служба доставки. Так что вопрос остаётся открытым...

The product is not delivered. The last notice 'Package arrived to destination airport' was on Nov 22nd (42 days ago), then no activity at all. Looks like product has been lost/stolen just after crossing the Russian border. The seller has agreed to open the dispute and refund the lost order, thanks to him! No complaints to him at all. Just Russian post... (((

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Thanks to Him and Good Luck! ))

Still have not received my parcel and there has been no updates from the 16 Nov 2019 however no fault to the service delivery as there are such matters which we have no control over.However i am happy about other packages being delivered as promised.
