What this status means
Your parcel has left the airport or port in the departure country, usually China for AliExpress Standard Shipping. It has cleared the export stage and is now on its way abroad, normally by air or sea freight. It is no longer in a local sorting facility.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is a routine step in international shipping. Most often it follows a departure scan from a transit facility. Tracking can then go quiet while the parcel is in transit, and that is expected.
What happens next
In about nine out of ten cases the next update is "Arrived at linehual office". This means the parcel has reached a hub in or near the destination country. In about one in ten cases the next update is "Start Customs clearance", which means the parcel goes straight to import checks.

- Handover to the local carrier for delivery.

- Wait and keep checking. Gaps between updates during international transport are normal.
- If the tracking has not changed for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first.

- Be aware that import duties or taxes may apply once the parcel reaches customs.
