What this status means
"Leaving from departure country/region" means your parcel has cleared export in the country it was sent from and is now on its way out, usually loaded onto a flight or other long-distance transport. It is an early international step. The parcel has not arrived in your country yet.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It usually follows export clearance. If the next update takes longer than the previous steps, that is common while the parcel is in transit between countries, and tracking often goes quiet during that stretch.
What happens next
Most often the next update is "Left from departure country/region", which appears in a little over half of cases. In about a quarter of cases the next update is "Import clearance start", meaning the parcel has reached your country and customs processing begins. Less often it shows an arrival at a linehaul office or another export customs step. Occasionally customs asks for tax to be paid.

- Wait and keep checking. Updates may be sparse while the parcel travels between countries.
- If a customs tax request appears later, follow the instructions given there.
- If the tracking has not changed for longer than usual, contact the seller first.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
