What this status means
"Arrived at linehual office" is the courier's spelling of "linehaul office". Linehaul is the long-distance leg of a parcel's journey. The message means your parcel has reached a transport or sorting point after leaving the country or region it was sent from. It is not yet at your local delivery depot.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It usually appears right after the parcel has left the departure country, and it is a routine step on the way to customs and onward delivery. Only if the tracking stops updating for longer than the previous steps took is it worth paying attention.
