What this status means
"Left from departure country/region" is an AliExpress Standard Shipping checkpoint. It means the parcel has physically left the country it was sent from, usually by air or other international transport. Export formalities are done and the parcel is now on its way to the destination country. It is not there yet.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It marks progress, not a problem. Updates can look out of order: the previous step is often "Leaving from departure country/region", but sometimes import clearance steps appear before this one. That is a quirk of how scans are uploaded, not a sign of trouble.
What happens next
Most often, in about three quarters of cases, the next update is "Arrived at linehual office", which means the parcel has reached a transfer point on the route. Less often you will see a repeat of the departure message or the start of import clearance in the destination country. Customs steps can take longer than the previous steps, and that alone is not unusual.
