What this status means
"Out of local station" means your parcel has left a local station run by the delivery company that took it over from Aliexpress Standard Shipping. It is a handover and sorting step, not the final delivery. Most often it follows "Received by local delivery company", so the parcel is already with a local carrier and is moving on from one of its stations.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It shows the parcel is moving. Only if the same line stays at the top of your tracking history for longer than the previous steps took would it be worth a closer look.
What happens next
- Most often (about 78% of cases), the next update is "Depart from transit country or district", meaning the parcel is leaving a transit point on its way onward.
- In about one case in five, the next update is "Out for delivery", meaning it is on a vehicle for your address.
- Occasionally it shows arrival at another facility of the local delivery company first.
