What this status means
The parcel has left a transit facility, a stopover hub between the origin and the destination country. It was sorted there and has now been sent on, usually by air or truck. Most often this line follows an arrival scan at a transit country or district.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement scan, not an exception. The parcel is still travelling between countries, so the tracking page may not change for a while. A quiet period after this scan is common and does not mean something is wrong.
What happens next
Most often, in about four cases out of five, the next update is "Depart from transit country or district". That means the parcel has left the transit country on its way to the destination. Less often it moves straight to a local delivery center, a local delivery company, or customs.
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking again later. Updates between countries can be slow.
- If the tracking stays unchanged for longer than the usual pace of your earlier steps, contact the seller through the order page.
- Have your order number and tracking number ready.
- If the order protection period is close to ending, open a dispute or ask the seller to extend it.
