The parcel has been processed at one of the sorting or handling centres in the Aliexpress Standard Shipping network in China and has been sent on. It is moving between facilities, usually towards the next sorting centre, an export port or an airport, and has not yet reached you.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement step, and parcels often pass through several such centres. A delay is only likely if the tracking shows no new update for longer than the previous steps took.
What happens next
The most common next step is arrival at a mail processing centre, in about three in ten cases. Other frequent updates are "on the way to the port of departure" and a handover to long-distance transport. Sometimes a postal handover or a cargo manifest update appears instead. Updates may arrive in Chinese and can be out of order.
