What this status means

"Deliver item (Inb)" is Cyprus Post's record that the parcel has been handed over. "Inb" stands for inbound, meaning a parcel that arrived in Cyprus from abroad. It is the last stage of the journey. Most often it follows a scan at a collection point, so the parcel was collected there. It can also follow a handover to a delivery agent, so it was brought to the address.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message is normal and marks the end of the journey. The same line often appears more than once, and the next entry is frequently another delivered message. Occasionally it is followed by "Item not delivered" or a hold at the point of delivery. If you have not received the parcel, check the details before assuming it is lost.

What happens next

  • Most often the history ends here or repeats with another delivered message, such as "Delivered".
  • Less often a failed delivery or a hold at the point of delivery is recorded afterwards.
  • No further movement is normally expected.

What you can do

  • Check the address, your mailbox, neighbours, and anyone else in your household who may have taken it.
  • If you collected it yourself, keep the parcel and any receipt.
  • If you have not received it, contact Cyprus Post with your tracking number and ask who signed for it or where it was left.
  • If the courier cannot resolve it, contact the seller with your order details.
