Cyprus Post has sent your parcel on from the place where it was handled to another location inside Cyprus. "Inb" means inbound: the parcel came from abroad and is now travelling within the country. In most cases the step before this was the parcel being received at the office of exchange, the point where international mail enters Cyprus. From there it moves towards a local sorting point or delivery office.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement step and not an exception. It becomes a concern only if the tracking history stops here for longer than the previous steps took.
Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update is "Receive item at location (Inb)", meaning the parcel has reached the next stop. In about one in seven cases it goes straight to "Receive item at delivery office (Inb)". Sometimes it passes through a sorting centre first, or is sent on to another location, so you may see this message more than once. After the delivery office, the parcel is delivered or held for collection.
