Cyprus Post has given your parcel to the delivery agent, the postman or courier who will bring it to your address. The parcel has left the local delivery office and is out for delivery. "Inb" marks an inbound item, meaning a parcel arriving in Cyprus from elsewhere or being delivered to a recipient there.
This message by itself is normal and means the parcel is on its final leg. It is not a problem on its own. Be aware that the next scan is "Item not delivered" in a little over half of cases, and "Deliver item (Inb)" in about two fifths. A failed first attempt is therefore common, though it does not mean the parcel is lost.
The delivery agent tries to deliver the parcel. If it succeeds, the status changes to "Deliver item (Inb)". If nobody can receive it, or the address cannot be reached, you will see "Item not delivered". The parcel then usually goes back to the office or a pickup point, or a new attempt is made.
