К сожалению, моя посылка не дошла. Несколько раз я писала на розыск, но обратной связи так и не получила. Поставщик посылки тоже подал на розыск. Думаю, что посылка уже в России, а это значит, что у нас со службами доставки пока остаются проблемы. Возможно, что всё дело в нашей таможне. Они работают по своим правилам, не имея в виду больше никого. Это плохо. Нашелся бы человек, который навёл бы в этом всем порядок!

Several attempts were made sending this package and each time it arrived in designated country it went missing/lost in transition? I am not impressed and I do not blame the Vendor. I could not believe the same thing kept happening and no resolve from DHL ?!? I tried ordering an item from the same area in the states (CA) and it was delivered perfectly on time by Hermes; I repeat I am not impressed when a delivery service are unable to resolve/investigate there own internal problems/issue...A delivery/post/dispatch service should have more flexibility and security when parcels are to be delivered.

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB

My package still hasn't been delivered.. been sitting at Jackson MI for the last three weeks.. they are using this virus situation as a excuse not to deliver people's packages...
