DHL Express scanned your parcel at a facility that is not on its route to you. It was most likely sorted onto the wrong onward path or unloaded at the wrong hub. The parcel is safe and in DHL's network, and it is now being sent to the correct facility so it can continue toward your address.
This is an exception, but usually a minor one. A detour to the right facility adds a step, so delivery may take longer than the earlier steps suggested. It does not normally mean the parcel is lost or damaged. Most of the time the next update is a normal "Processed" scan, which shows the parcel is moving again.
